Ready to post your schedule? Follow these three simple steps to make sure it gets posted correctly:
- Go to Season Structure Wizard. In the box called, Schedules Public, enter a date/time that is after the last schedule change you made but before the current time. Remember, the time MUST be listed in eastern time. For example, on Jan 14th at 1pm, you completed your schedule in Scheduling Administration. At 2pm, you want to post your schedule on your website. Go to SSW and enter Jan 14th in Schedules Public and a time after 1pm but before 2pm. eg. 1:30pm. Again, remember the time must be posted in ET. Save your changes.
- Go back to Scheduling Administration and click Re-Publish all standings and schedules. (NOTE: this will NOT change your schedule. It notifies the system to let your schedules go live.)
- You may go to your website (Web Writer) and go to the page (Dept or Sub-Dept) that you want to post the schedule. It might be easier to go to your Site Map and create a new department or sub-department for your schedule. Click on New DII Element on the far right of your screen. Make sure you post your schedule in the CENTER of a department or sub-department.
- Click on the Green Plus sign next to schedule.
- Select the appropriate Season.
