Enhancement : Game Notification Emails

When a game is changed, the notification email will be sent if all of the following are true:

1. the change affects the future in some way (the game date was in the future prior to the change, or is in the future due to the change)
2. the schedules are public (schedules public date is in the past)
3. there is an email address in the FROM address section in SSW
4. the division does not have the HIDE GAMES option set
5. the edit was made within the last four days
6. at least one of the following was actually changed: date, time, field, or one of the teams
