Clone teams within divisions from one season to another within the same league

You no longer have to manually add teams back into the system from one season to another. Now, you can clone a division from one season into another. For example, a league can clone teams within a division from Spring to Fall or from Spring/Fall of one year to the next year. All team contact information will clone over, too.

1. From admin home click on Elements
2. Choose Season Structure Wizard
3. Click on the season name (ex. Fall 2008)
4. Click on a division name
5. On the right side, click on Clone Data from another Division. (You can only clone from divisions within the same league. If your Fall and Spring leagues are split up into separate leagues, then you will not be able to clone Spring into Fall.)
6. Select the division from the previous season you want to clone.
7. You can either clone all of the teams by checking the box Include All Teams. Or you can un-check the box Include All Teams and only check-off the teams you want to clone. If you want to include the players and/or the contacts make sure the radio dial is selected to Yes.
8. Click Clone.
   

If you clone teams over, you can still add new teams to the division.
