Add Roster to Team Application

A roster can be added to any team application. Simply send an email to Demosphere Support requesting a roster. The following information is needed in order to add a roster to your application:

• Tournament/League Name and Season
• Total number of roster spots. NOTE: there can only be one size roster on all applications
• Information you want to collect
• Birthdate
• Jersey
• Email
• Phone
• Address
• Registration Number (Reg Num)
• GPA
• Position
• Shirt Size
• Gender
• Guest
• Medical Release
