View a total number of teams who have not paid by check

See a total of all teams who have not paid by check for your tournament or league on the Team Application Manager screen. A number shows up next to the Payment Entry for Checks letting you know the total number of teams who still owe your club money. Click on the link by name or by number to see a full list of all teams who have not paid. You can still accept teams to your tournament or league even if they have not paid, but the screen gives you an idea of how many teams still owe a payment to your club.

Don't forget, teams can log back into their application and pay by credit card if they don't want to send you a check. Contact Demosphere Support for your club's link. You can post it on your website or provide it individually to teams who want to update their application and/or pay by credit card.
