New Feature: Tie-Pattern Library Now Available

The tie-pattern library is finally here!!!

From Scheduling Administration click on Tie Patterns and then click on Clone Library to begin. A detailed description of how this new feature works can be found by clicking on the question mark bubble to the right of Clone Library.

We have implemented the most requested tie-patterns into the tie-pattern library. As more requests come in we will add them to the library. If there is a tie-pattern that you need that you cannot find in the library, please email Support@demosphere.com. We need to know the # of teams in a division, # of games per team, # of dates the games fall over, # of flights, any crossover games, and playoff games.

Scheduling Administration has been rearranged

The scheduling administration main page has been rearranged a tiny bit. Before, there were some big red and black error reports right on the main admin screen that let users know of a field or time conflict. Now, there are new links under AUDIT REPORTS called:
  • Field conflicts
  • Team max games per day
  • Field max games per day
This increases performance of the Scheduling Administration page because the Field Conflict report takes a few seconds to load.

Remember, the big red field error box will NO LONGER appear on the scheduling administration page. Please check out the new reports once you create a schedule to check for any conflicts.
